I tried Heyday because I had no clue what I was doing with my skin routine anymore. The recommendations felt personal, not like they were just pushing random products at me. After a couple weeks, my face feels a lot calmer, which is a relief. Booking was super easy too, so I blame whoever runs this for making the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely use them again

Booking was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It seemed simple at first, but once I actually tried to schedule and then reschedule, everything got annoying and difficult. Kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling where it looks easy upfront, but the process turns into a hassle...

The quality was okay overall, but I’m not completely sold. I mentioned it to a friend and basically told them I’d only recommend trying it if their skin isn’t too sensitive.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the studio just didn’t feel that clean to me. The room felt cramped, and the overall vibe wasn’t as calm or relaxing as I’d hoped for a facial. I was charged like normal, so that wasn’t the issue, but the space itself made it hard to fully relax. Staff was okay, but I’m not sure I’d go back.

The staff was really friendly, and everyone seemed to really know what they were doing. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I’ve ordered from Heyday a couple times now, i’m annoyingly happy with it. Like, I wanted to be more critical, but my skin keeps acting like it just came back from a luxury spa retreat, so here we are.

The prices are definitely not the cheapest, and I did have a tiny emotional crisis at checkout, but the quality makes it feel fair. I just wish a few items were a little lower or that they had more bundle deals, because my wallet deserves peace too.
Shipping was totally fine, and the site was easy enough to use without me having a full technological meltdown. I’m giving it 4 stars because it really is good value, just not something I’d call budget-friendly unless your budget is way calmer than mine.

I signed up for a Heyday membership thinking it would be straightforward, but the billing side confused me from the beginning. I kept feeling like I needed to double-check charges and terms myself, which kind of took the fun out of it.

I tried to get things cleared up, but it turned into way more back and forth than I expected. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I definitely wish I had asked around more or read what other members dealt with before joining.

The facials themselves may be totally fine, but the membership and cancellation process left a bad impression on me. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle, and I wouldn’t sign up again

I really appreciated that the appointment started right on time. You don’t always get that, so it made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.

My esthetician seemed like she knew what she was doing and explained my skin concerns well, which I appreciated. The facial itself felt nice and relaxing, but I did feel like it was a little rushed toward the end. The product recommendations were okay, just a bit basic considering the price. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit at all, but I left feeling a little underwhelmed and wishing it had felt more special.
